Overview
You will own the architecture and delivery of Salesforce solutions for a hybrid team in Dallas/Plano. 6-9 years of advanced development skill sets your pace. You will customize Salesforce with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and integrate with Marketing Cloud to drive seamless customer journeys. The role anchors on-site 2-4 days per week, with pay at $60-$75/hr on W2. This contract positions you to shape high-impact marketing operations.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet business requirements.
- 2Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- 3Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud journeys, triggered sends, and automation to support marketing campaigns.
- 4Own the technical design and implementation of Salesforce features, ensuring scalability and performance.
- 5Debug and resolve issues in Salesforce code and configurations to maintain system stability.
- 6Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- 7Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and adoption of best practices for development.
- 8Ship Salesforce enhancements that improve user experience and business efficiency within the first 90 days.
Requirements7
- 16-9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with advanced skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- 23+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- 3Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs.
- 4Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- 5Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects in a contract or consulting environment.
- 6Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team.
- 7Ability to work on-site in Dallas/Plano, TX 2-4 days per week.
