Salesforce Developer, Apex & LWC
Overview
You will own the design and delivery of custom Salesforce solutions, supporting 6,000+ users at Ekcel Technologies. You join a team of 5 developers and 3 admins, reporting to the Salesforce Architect. This role stands out because you will lead the migration of legacy Visualforce pages to Lightning Web Components, directly shaping the platform's future.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build Apex triggers and batch classes to automate complex business processes within the first 90 days.
- 2Design Lightning Web Components to replace legacy Visualforce pages, improving performance and user adoption.
- 3Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, handling OAuth flows and error management.
- 4Optimize SOQL and SOSL queries to stay within governor limits and maintain scalable data operations.
- 5Lead code reviews and enforce Salesforce security best practices, including sharing rules and field-level security.
- 6Drive CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins, automating deployments with Salesforce DX.
- 7Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical designs and estimates.
- 8Debug and resolve production issues in Apex and LWC with minimal downtime.
Requirements7
- 16+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 2Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- 3Strong command of SOQL and SOSL for complex data retrieval.
- 4Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and OAuth integration patterns.
- 5Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security model.
- 6Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
- 7Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
