Overview
You will own Salesforce administration and configuration for a banking platform using nCino. You will manage user support, security, reporting, and business process automation. You will work closely with business users and technical teams. This role focuses on Salesforce and nCino support in a hybrid onsite environment. Experience with banking or commercial lending is highly valued.
What You'll Do8
- 1Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to support banking processes.
- 2Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- 3Automate business processes using Salesforce workflows, process builder, and flow.
- 4Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets within Salesforce.
- 5Support nCino loan origination features and troubleshoot platform issues.
- 6Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- 7Perform data imports and exports using Data Loader and ensure data quality.
- 8Document system configurations and provide end-user training.

- 13+ years administering Salesforce platforms.
- 2Salesforce Administrator certification.
- 3Experience with nCino platform administration.
- 4Knowledge of Banking or Commercial Lending operations.
- 5Salesforce security model and sharing rules.
