Overview
Own the design, development, and configuration of enterprise lending solutions on the Salesforce platform with nCino as the core product. This role combines deep technical expertise with technical leadership, guiding a team of developers in a hybrid onsite model in Phoenix.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement nCino solutions on Salesforce to address complex lending process requirements.
- 2Develop Lightning components, Apex classes, and triggers to extend Salesforce functionality.
- 3Lead technical discovery, solution design, and code reviews to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
- 4Configure nCino objects, fields, and workflows to align with business needs.
- 5Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- 6Drive the adoption of best practices in Salesforce development and nCino administration.
- 7Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- 8Ensure data integrity and security across the Salesforce platform.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning.
- 23+ years of nCino experience, including configuration and customization.
- 3Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data modeling.
- 4Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST APIs.
- 5Proven track record leading technical teams or acting as tech lead.
- 6Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II preferred.
- 7Ability to work hybrid from Phoenix, AZ, at least 3 days per week.
Salary Insight
