Enterprise Application Consultant, Salesforce Platform Administrator
Overview
You will own daily Salesforce administration for a Nashville enterprise, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud at scale. You will join a hybrid team of 8-10 administrators and developers reporting to the IT Director. Your work will directly impact sales and support workflows across 200+ users, and you will drive system stability and user productivity from day one.
What You'll Do8
- 1Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with evolving business processes.
- 2Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure secure and appropriate access.
- 3Build and maintain Flows and Process Builder automations to streamline lead routing and case escalation.
- 4Troubleshoot and resolve Apex and Visualforce issues reported by end users, coordinating with developers when needed.
- 5Monitor Salesforce sandbox refreshes and deploy changes through Change Sets or DevOps Center.
- 6Create custom reports and dashboards for sales and service leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- 7Lead the rollout of new Salesforce features and provide end-user training to drive adoption.
- 8Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Requirements8
- 13+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
- 2Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred.
- 3Experience managing Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules in production environments.
- 4Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
- 5Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- 6Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools for tracking support requests.
- 7Local to Nashville, TN and able to work in a hybrid on-site schedule.
- 85+ years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce administration.
