You will own administration and support for Salesforce across 11 statewide orgs, serving agencies and departments for the State of Tennessee. What You'll Do8
- 1Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to support agency workflows and enhancements.
- 2Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security.
- 3Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites and communities for external constituents.
- 4Automate business processes with Flow and Process Builder to reduce manual steps.
- 5Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets related to Salesforce functionality and data integrity.
- 6Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- 7Document configuration changes and maintain sandbox environments for testing.
- 8Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance, including data cleanup and report validation.
Requirements7
- 1Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) and Platform App Builder (preferred).
- 23+ years administering Salesforce in a multi-org environment.
- 3Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- 4Proficiency in Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- 5Hands-on skill with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- 6Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-agency collaboration.
- 7Local to Nashville, TN and able to work hybrid on-site schedule.
