What You'll Do13
- 1Manage multiple requests using Salesforce and other internal Hilton systems
- 2Act as the dedicated follow-up for accounts and Hilton account owners
- 3Maintain Inboxes to support inquiries from hotels and clients
- 4Assist with enhancements to improve processes to increase productivity
- 5Support coverage for the Sales work group to address out-of-office situations
- 6Perform a daily review of business demands and work on action plans
- 7Manage different administrative and ad hoc projects
- 8Collaborate and create documentation for internal and external customers
- 9Participate in recurring, informative, peer-to-peer cross-training, team-building, and cross-team events
- 10Partner with LNR, Commercial and Automation teams on Sales system improvement testing
- 11Deliverables: participate in and help complete annual departmental objectives
- 12Maintain understanding of Hilton promotional program rules/goals relevant to your area
- 13Build ideas to troubleshoot team stressors and contributors to work/life balance
Requirements8
- 1One year strong administrative and support experience
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- 3Experience within the travel and/or sales support industry
- 4Hybrid work schedule - three days onsite in Addison, TX and two days working from home
- 5Fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal
- 6Experience with systems that power Hilton's sales infrastructure such as Salesforce and Cvent
- 7Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- 8Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
