Sales Specialist, Arc Flash & Infrared Services
Overview
You will own sales strategies for key accounts in Columbus, Ohio, driving growth in Arc Flash and Infrared services. You will coordinate cross-division sales activities and resolve complex customer challenges. You will report to the Service Sales Manager and collaborate with teams across ABB's electrical division. What You'll Do7
- 1Build account strategies that grow share of wallet and profitability for ABB's electrical services.
- 2Drive sales of Arc Flash, Infrared, and Preventative Maintenance solutions to meet volume and margin targets.
- 3Develop a coordinated sales approach using Salesforce and account plans to create value for customers.
- 4Lead implementation of account plans and growth actions, monitoring competitor activity and response strategies.
- 5Propose clear sales targets and follow up across divisions to guarantee delivery.
- 6Ensure high standards in Arc Flash and Infrared service delivery through team alignment.
- 7Understand customer business drivers and translate them into ABB opportunities.
Requirements7
- 13+ years in a sales or account management position.
- 2Proven experience in commercial planning and execution.
- 3Deep knowledge of electrical division sales, focusing on Arc Flash, Infrared, and Renewables.
- 4Track record of designing and closing sales deals.
- 5Ability to build organizational capabilities and drive high performance.
- 6Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- 7Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
