The Sales Representative at The Lilly Company seeks a relationship-focused professional to own preventative maintenance agreements and parts sales in the southeastern region. What You'll Do11
- 1Prospect and close preventative maintenance service contracts for forklifts and material handling equipment
- 2Conduct on-site assessments to identify service needs and recommend appropriate PM programs
- 3Renew and expand existing PM agreements annually while protecting the book of business
- 4Own relationships with warehouse managers and operations directors as the first point of contact
- 5Maintain detailed CRM records tracking contacts equipment inventory and follow-ups
- 6Identify and close replacement parts opportunities during PM visits and service calls
- 7Partner with Parts department to ensure timely delivery of accessories and upgrades
- 8Support short-term and long-term forklift rentals to build relationships and transition to PM agreements
- 9Coordinate rental logistics and promote safety training programs to reduce liability
- 10Generate qualified sales leads and share account intelligence with the Sales team
- 11Submit weekly activity reports and attend team meetings to maintain seamless customer experiences
Requirements7
- 15+ years building preventative maintenance agreements with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in industrial sales or service contracts
- 3Valid driver`s license to travel within assigned territory daily
- 4High school diploma required with associate or bachelor degree as a plus
- 5Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications
- 6Comfortable conducting on-site equipment assessments and walkthroughs
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions
