What You'll Do11
- 1Design precise task-specific grading criteria for real-world pre-sales and solutions-engineering deliverables
- 2Score AI-generated and human work samples against criteria with detailed justifications
- 3Apply consistent evidence-based judgment for reproducible defensible scores
- 4Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly
- 5Lead technical discovery translating customer requirements into product solutions
- 6Deliver tailored demos handle technical objections support proofs of concept evaluate product fit technical risk
- 7Evaluate complex U.S. B2B software including SaaS cloud infrastructure cybersecurity data platforms developer tools enterprise applications
- 8Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
- 9Maintain detail orientation consistency comfortable having judgment reviewed calibrated against peers
- 10Assess prior experience with AI training evaluation human-data projects
- 11Complete brief assessment or submit additional information after resume submission

- 14+ years relevant experience as Sales Engineer Solutions Engineer Solutions Consultant Pre-Sales Consultant Technical Sales Consultant
- 2Deep fluency pre-sales crafting leading technical discovery translating customer requirements into product solutions delivering tailored demos handling technical objections supporting proofs of concept evaluating product fit technical risk
- 3Hands-on experience with technically complex B2B software including SaaS cloud infrastructure cybersecurity data platforms developer tools enterprise applications
- 4Exceptionally strong written communication ability
- 5Detail-oriented consistent comfortable having judgment reviewed calibrated against peers
- 6Preferred prior experience with AI training evaluation human-data projects
