Overview

- 7Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements6
- 1Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn essential.
- 2Basic math skills including retail math, 10 key typing proficiency, and cash handling accuracy.
- 3Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems a plus.
- 4Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in cashiering and stock organization.
- 6Knowledge of banking or financial services advantageous but not mandatory; training provided if needed.
