Sales Associate Orthopaedics DePuy Synthes
Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate to lead clinical and customer support efforts in North Houston TX. This role drives revenue growth by supporting existing customers and converting new ones while delivering exceptional service to surgeons and healthcare systems.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining customers and converting new clients
- 2Support market share objectives within assigned territories
- 3Apply sales process knowledge to improve outcomes
- 4Guide surgeons during operating room procedures using product expertise
- 5Present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products to ensure proper utilization
- 6Provide OR and sterile processing department consultation
- 7Troubleshoot technical issues and handle customer requests
- 8Manage hospital billing and close purchase orders
- 9Share insights with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions
- 10Prepare sales reports and maintain equipment deployment
- 11Ensure promotional materials remain current
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree with medical certification CST PT or equivalent experience
- 2Minimum 2 years professional experience or 4 years in relevant field
- 3Valid US driver’s license
- 4Ability to travel including weekends and overnight assignments
- 5Residence in or willingness to relocate to Houston territory
- 6Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- 7Proficiency in surgical instrument knowledge
- 8Experience with orthopedics and trauma care solutions
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care principles
- 10Willingness to work in lab or operating room environments
- 11Availability to work outside standard hours when needed
