Overview
You will own the full in-store sales cycle at a GNC location, engaging customers from greeting to product recommendation and checkout. You will hit sales targets while maintaining store standards and handling online order fulfillment. As part of #TeamGNC, you will work with a diverse team focused on health and wellness innovation. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet every customer at the store entrance and create a welcoming space to attract new and repeat shoppers.
- 2Advise customers on product choices by asking about their health and fitness goals and matching them with GNC products.
- 3Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals by recommending complementary products and promoting the Live Well message.
- 4Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising to keep the store looking clean and organized.
- 5Fulfill online orders accurately and within the company timeline using the store's order management system.
- 6Learn product features, advantages, and benefits to give informed recommendations and stay updated on nutrition and fitness trends.
- 7Support store management with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory counts.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old to comply with store safety and sales policies.
- 2Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day and handle frequent bending and reaching.
- 3Capability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and 40 pounds occasionally.
- 4Comfort using a computer up to 60% of the shift for order processing and sales tracking.
- 5Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and major U.S. holidays.
- 6Strong conversational skills to engage customers and build product trust.
- 7Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
