Sales Associate GPM Investments LLC
Overview
You will own customer interactions and ensure store cleanliness at Store 287. This role requires reliability and a willingness to get hands dirty while helping shoppers.
What You'll Do11
- 1Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
- 2Become an expert in lottery cigarette and alcohol sales ensuring compliance with age verification
- 3Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales
- 4Keep interior and exterior spaces clean including deep cleaning restrooms and sanitizing gas pumps
- 5Pick up litter and remove trash under all weather conditions
- 6Stock shelves and displays to maintain merchandise appeal
- 7Maintain organized store through sweeping mopping and window cleaning
- 8Cross-train in deli and other departments as needed
- 9Follow safety procedures and company policies
- 10Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- 11Be a team player willing to assist wherever needed
Requirements11
- 1Age 18 or older
- 2Availability weekends and holidays
- 3Willingness to work hard and remain on feet during shifts
- 4Ability to lift 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- 5Effective communication in English
- 6Basic math proficiency addition subtraction division multiplication
- 7Personable demeanor creating welcoming experiences
- 8Detail-oriented mindset focusing on small improvements
- 9Reliable and responsible punctual worker
- 10Adaptable to various tasks in fast-paced setting
- 11Experience preferred but not required
