Sales Associate GPM Investments LLC
Overview
You will own customer interactions and ensure store cleanliness and safety at Store 297 in Philadelphia. This role requires reliability and a positive attitude to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
- 2Become an expert in lottery cigarette and alcohol sales ensuring compliance with age verification
- 3Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales
- 4Keep interior and exterior areas clean including deep cleaning restrooms and sanitizing gas pumps
- 5Pick up litter and remove trash from floors and lot areas
- 6Stock shelves and displays to maintain merchandise presentation
- 7Maintain organized store through sweeping mopping and window cleaning
- 8Cross-train in other departments as needed
- 9Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- 10Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- 11Demonstrate teamwork and willingness to assist where needed
Requirements11
- 15+ years of retail or customer service experience
- 2Strong communication skills in English
- 3Basic math proficiency including addition subtraction division multiplication
- 4Physical ability to lift 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- 5Ability to work hard and remain on your feet during shifts
- 6Reliable and responsible with punctuality and trustworthiness
- 7Adaptable to fast-paced environment
- 8Positive attitude and personable demeanor
- 9Detail-oriented focus on customer experience
- 10Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check acceptance
- 11Flexibility for varied tasks
