- 4Unload trucks for Produce Department
- 5Understand and use company tools like ACIS and CAO
- 6Maintain full understanding of company guidelines and food safety rules
- 7Observe and correct unsafe conditions to prevent accidents
- 8Report all incidents to the Manager on Duty
- 9Follow Food Lion dress code wearing uniform with apron and badge
- 10Complete Computer Based Training CBT and training packet courses
- 11Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Excellent interpersonal organizational communication and customer service skills
- 3Ability to learn technical requirements quickly
- 4Meet minimum age requirements for job functions
- 5Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 6Tolerate extreme temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a time
- 7Handle various substances including cleaning materials fresh produce and household cleaners
- 8Frequent reaching and grasping at waist level
- 9Work in hot cold environments for short durations
