What You'll Do6
- 1Share your passion and knowledge for our products, helping customers find the perfect 'anything' from international foods to handcrafted décor.
- 2Checkout customers in store and process buy online pick up in store purchases with accuracy.
- 3Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards to keep the store shoppable.
- 4Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed, ensuring stock is ready for the floor.
- 5Contribute to a safe shopping environment by following safety protocols and addressing hazards.
- 6Engage customers in conversation to make their shopping experience memorable and fun.
Requirements6
- 1A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
- 2Retail experience a plus but not required.
- 3Excellent communication and time management skills.
- 4Ability to initiate a conversation with customers and team members.
