What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and recommend appropriate tires and services to drive sales and satisfaction.
- 2Perform basic vehicle services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs with speed and accuracy.
- 3Resolve customer issues on the spot, turning problems into opportunities for loyalty and repeat business.
- 4Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory, and setting up displays.
- 5Learn all aspects of store operations to flex between front and back shop tasks as demand shifts.
- 6Step in as Manager-On-Duty when needed, building leadership skills for future advancement.
- 7Use store systems to document services, process payments, and track customer history.
- 8Drive team success by meeting sales goals and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2Valid driver's license.
- 3Customer service and career growth mindset, with a focus on learning and development.
- 4Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks and operate store systems.
- 52-year degree or completion of a training program, certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 6Previous consumer retail sales experience preferred.
- 7Previous automotive experience a plus.
- 8Previous management or supervisory experience a plus.
