What You'll Do8
- 1Drive RFP/RFI responses using Ariba and other RFQ sites, owning the submission timeline.
- 2Coordinate trade shows, including logistics, materials, and follow-up surveys.
- 3Digitize archive files and maintain competitor analysis and company research repositories.
- 4Manage and maintain the CRM database, collaborating with sales to refine data processes.
- 5Partner cross-functionally on customer needs, from data pulls to proposal drafts.
- 6Track marketing communications and special projects from kickoff to completion.
- 7Deliver professional, courteous support to internal and external stakeholders.
- 8Stay current with marketing automation trends and apply them to team efforts.
Requirements8
- 11-2 years related experience or training, plus an Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 2Read and interpret invoices, reports, and procedure manuals accurately.
- 3Write reports, proposals, and correspondence with clarity.
- 4Compute basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
- 5Use word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- 6Proficiency in BOSS/CSS accounting systems and Snagit and TruView for CAD viewing.
- 7Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- 8Strong task management and team collaboration skills.
