SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer (W2 Only)
Overview
This role owns the design, build, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ IGA solutions for Cloudberyl LLC, affecting identity governance across the enterprise. You will sit with a security team focused on access management, and partner with engineering and audit groups to automate compliance workflows. This position stands out by leading integrations and mentoring junior developers, with hands-on work across Java, BeanShell, XML, and LDAP.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, lifecycle events, and certification campaigns within the first 90 days to streamline access reviews.
- 2Build custom connectors and integrations using Java and BeanShell to load identity data from sources like Active Directory, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- 3Implement role-based access control models and policies with SailPoint IIQ to enforce least privilege across applications.
- 4Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, triggers, and scheduled tasks to automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- 5Lead integration efforts with SailPoint IdentityIQ APIs and third-party systems, ensuring secure and efficient data synchronization.
- 6Mentor junior developers on SailPoint best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting to elevate team capability.
- 7Debug and resolve production issues in SailPoint IIQ, including identity correlation, aggregation, and certification problems.
- 8Document technical designs and runbooks to ensure maintainability and supportability of the IGA platform.
- 9Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align SailPoint usage with SOX, GDPR, and audit requirements.
Requirements8
- 18+ years overall IT experience, with 3-5 years in SailPoint development.
- 2Proven expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- 3Strong Java programming skills with hands-on BeanShell scripting.
- 4Experience integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud applications.
- 5Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
- 6Understanding of IGA concepts like access certification, role management, and policy enforcement.
- 7Preferred: experience leading integrations and mentoring junior developers.
- 8W2 only, onsite in Houston, Texas.
