Overview
Lead ownership of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud IAM incidents at DeltaSoft Solutions. This is a remote position requiring 15 plus years of experience. You will diagnose and resolve identity and access management incidents while managing the full incident lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting edge security platforms. The role differs by focusing on proactive IAM monitoring and cross functional collaboration.
What You'll Do5
- 1Diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Microsoft Identity Manager
- 2Manage proactively the incident lifecycle including identification categorization prioritization and resolution
- 3Create and maintain client knowledge articles standard operating procedures and scripts to restore normal operations
- 4Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to level three support according to established protocols
- 5Maintain professional relationships with clients ensuring efficient incident management service and addressing IAM related needs
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong SailPoint developer proficiency with IIQ and Beanshell using Java and Spring Boot
- 3React JS skill required or ability to learn quickly
- 4AWS Certified relevant certification preferred
- 5BCBA certification strongly encouraged

$146 - $166k per year
