What You'll Do8
- 1Develop Company safety standards and tools to facilitate AES Businesses compliance
- 2Coordinate and lead workgroups of AES safety SMEs and operational/project leaders to collaboratively develop and updated AES Safety Standards
- 3Report objectives and goals of EHS Center of Expertise with Company leaders and committees
- 4Create and provide tools and training materials through collaboration with relevant SMEs for global businesses
- 5Track AES Businesses compliance with AES Standards including EHS auditing and incident management reporting
- 6Facilitate adherence to AES Standards and build a global forum for knowledge sharing
- 7Promote continuous improvement across AES Businesses via safety programs
- 8Provide reports and dashboards for safety metrics and KPIs as requested
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field
- 2Minimum of seven years recent experience in safety within a large industrial processing or manufacturing environment
- 3Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences
- 4Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies
- 5Knowledge of modern safety principles such as HOP and HRO
- 6Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 7Experience in the energy sector preferred
- 8Fluent in English and Spanish
- 9Professional certifications including CSP CIH or CHMM
- 10Familiarity with ISO 45001
