Route Service Representative, Field Sales & Delivery
Overview
Own a dedicated delivery route with daily on-time garments and product pickups and drops. You will build relationships with a stable set of customers across a daytime schedule. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and direct impact on customer satisfaction. You will grow accounts through upselling while representing a nationwide service leader.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build strong customer relationships on your route and manage daily deliveries and pickups
- 2Support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks
- 3Deliver consistent, reliable service with on-time deliveries and accurate returns
- 4Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and introducing new garments and products
- 5Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities to expand your route and earnings potential
- 6Represent UniFirst on the road by operating a company walk-in truck and prioritizing safety
- 7Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments
- 8Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements10
- 1Driver’s License & Safe Driving Record: 21+ with valid license and reliable transportation
- 2DOT Compliance: meet physical exam requirements
- 3Educational Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or military service
- 4Strong Customer Service Skills and ability to work independently
- 5Relevant Experience: in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus
- 6Tech-Savvy: comfortable with learning new technologies to improve efficiency
- 7Physical Stamina: ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 8Commissioned role from day one with earnings tied to route growth
- 9Willingness to work Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends
