Room Attendant, Housekeeping at Omni Hotels & Resorts
Overview
Own guest room cleanliness at scale in a fast paced hotel environment. You will refresh rooms for staying guests and thoroughly clean rooms after checkout to prepare for new arrivals. You will clean bathrooms, beds, vacuum, and dust while upholding Omni Safe and Clean standards. You will restock items, communicate room status, and maintain organized supply carts. You will participate in required trainings and respond effectively to safety situations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Clean guest rooms including beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
- 2H uphold Omni Safe and Clean processes and restock room items
- 3Communicate clean status of rooms after service
- 4Remove room service trays and tables from rooms
- 5Stock supply carts and keep them organized
- 6Check equipment before and after use for proper operation
- 7Maintain professional appearance per Omni Tempe standards
- 8Respond swiftly to emergencies and ensure guest safety
- 9Attend department trainings and meetings
- 10Perform other duties as required by management
Requirements10
- 1Strong attention to detail
- 2Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- 3Prior housekeeping or environmental services experience
- 4Stand or walk for extended periods
- 5Frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting
- 6Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- 7Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
- 8Ability to handle stressful hotel operations
