Support the Automated Robotics Engineering Technology (ARET) program by guiding students from enrollment to career readiness. Coordinate lab operations, mentor diverse learners, and build employer partnerships. This temporary full-time role includes travel for outreach. What You'll Do8
- 1Support enrollment pipelines by promoting the ARET program to prospective students and high schools.
- 2Guide students through academic journeys, connecting them with faculty and industry partners.
- 3Strengthen employer relationships to boost career readiness and job placement.
- 4Manage lab resources and assist with hands-on robotics projects.
- 5Develop study skills resources to improve student outcomes.
- 6Coordinate outreach events with high schools and employers.
- 7Track student progress and intervene to ensure persistence.
- 8Collaborate with faculty to align support with curriculum.
Requirements8
- 1Associate degree in a related technical field.
- 2Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- 3Ability to work with diverse student populations and build meaningful relationships.
- 4Willingness to travel occasionally for outreach.
- 5Bachelor degree in education, student affairs, or workforce development (preferred).
- 6Experience in student advising, recruitment, or higher education support (preferred).
- 7Excellent oral and written communication skills (preferred).
- 8Able to work independently (preferred).
