RN/LPN Regional Clinical Liaison - Wound Care
Overview
You will own clinical account acquisition and growth for Skilled Wound Care across multiple U.S. regions. You will work directly with physicians to build their practice, manage SNF relationships, and drive revenue expansion. This role blends clinical expertise with business development, requiring daily regional travel and hands-on wound care tasks. You will report to the physician development team and collaborate with the sales team to meet aggressive KPIs.
What You'll Do8
- 1Acquire new clinical accounts within assigned regions, targeting skilled nursing facilities.
- 2Grow existing accounts by scheduling full patient visits and ensuring provider productivity.
- 3Coordinate logistics for physician SNF service relationships, including scheduling and travel planning.
- 4Hire A-level providers as needed to support territory expansion.
- 5Drive revenue growth by implementing the expansion and growth plan.
- 6Perform clinical wound care duties within skilled nursing facilities, including assessments and treatment.
- 7Build the brand message by representing SWC professionally in all interactions.
- 8Meet or exceed territory Key Performance Indicators target for patient visits and revenue within the first 90 days.
Requirements8
- 1LPN or RN license required.
- 22+ years experience in long-term care and wound care.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with REAL ID or acceptable travel documentation.
- 4Proficiency with EMR systems.
- 5Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- 6Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 7Healthcare sales experience preferred.
- 8Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration preferred.
Salary Insight
$75 - $90k per year
