Overview
Elm Terrace Gardens seeks an RN Supervisor to lead weekend and Wednesday shifts. This full-time permanent position offers 72 hours bi-weekly compensation. Responsibilities include direct nursing supervision and administrative duties aligned with the facility's mission.
What You'll Do11
- 1Render and administer professional nursing services following physician orders and care plans
- 2Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents
- 3Admit transfer and discharge residents as needed
- 4Prepare rooms for new admissions
- 5Notify families about resident transitions
- 6Make rounds with physicians and ensure documentation
- 7Consult with physicians on care and treatment plans
- 8Maintain accurate drug inventories and medical records
- 9Follow infection control policies and ensure facility safety
- 10Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants under Charge Nurse direction
- 11Exercise professional judgment to deliver quality care
Requirements7
- 1Registered Nurse with active Pennsylvania license or recent graduate with temporary permit
- 2Minimum 18 years experience in healthcare settings
- 3Proven leadership skills for nursing teams
- 4Strong communication abilities for resident and staff interaction
- 5Knowledge of CCRC operations and skilled nursing regulations
- 6Ability to adhere to strict documentation and safety protocols
