What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare and quality-check right of way documents and parcel files for roadway projects
- 2Maintain acquisition and relocation files in compliance with the Uniform Act
- 3Keep accurate project databases and document tracking systems
- 4Coordinate document execution notarization and recording
- 5Support agents and project managers with document requests and client deliverables
- 6Perform administrative tasks that keep projects moving efficiently
- 7Communicate clearly in writing phone and face to face interactions
- 8Pick up new systems and software quickly
- 9Brings a strong service mindset to every team and client interaction
- 10Selects appropriate technology tools for document preparation and management
Requirements6
- 1Experience in technical documentation prep record management and administrative roles
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4Ability to travel to various project sites including rural areas
- 5Physical stamina for prolonged sitting and field work
- 6Strong organizational and analytical skills
