  • 2Maintain acquisition and relocation files in compliance with the Uniform Act
  • 3Keep accurate project databases and document tracking systems
  • 4Coordinate document execution notarization and recording
  • 5Support agents and project managers with document requests and client deliverables
  • 6Perform administrative tasks that keep projects moving efficiently
  • 7Communicate clearly in writing phone and face to face interactions
  • 8Pick up new systems and software quickly
  • 9Brings a strong service mindset to every team and client interaction
  • 10Selects appropriate technology tools for document preparation and management

Requirements6

  • 1Experience in technical documentation prep record management and administrative roles
  • 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook
  • 3Valid driver’s license
  • 4Ability to travel to various project sites including rural areas
  • 5Physical stamina for prolonged sitting and field work
  • 6Strong organizational and analytical skills
