What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and supervise the Revenue Audit department
- 2Manage daily gaming cage and non-gaming revenue audits
- 3Ensure compliance with MICS NIGC regulations Tribal Gaming Agency requirements and internal controls
- 4Review reconciliations journal entries income journals and audit reports
- 5Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- 6Support month-end close and external audits
- 7Maintain Title 31 compliance within Revenue Audit operations
- 8Develop and improve audit procedures and internal controls
- 9Hire train coach and develop Revenue Audit team members
- 10Partner with Finance Compliance and operational departments to ensure accurate reporting
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- 2Five or more years of progressive experience in casino revenue audit accounting finance or gaming operations
- 3Two or more years of supervisory experience
- 4Knowledge of casino operations gaming regulations and internal controls
- 5Experience with casino management systems such as LNW IGT or similar software
- 6Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills
- 7Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience
Salary Insight
$80 - $95k per year
