Overview
You will own the guest experience at M&M'S New York and lead a team of 20+ associates to hit sales goals. You act as Manager on Duty, coordinating with store management on brand activations and daily operations. The role sits within a high-volume retail environment, supported by Mars' global training and development programs. You will be the operational backbone of the store, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and profitably.

Requirements6
- 12+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, leading teams in fast-paced stores.
- 2Proven ability to manage 20+ associates simultaneously, with strong delegation and follow-through.
