Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.
- 21+ years in retail or customer service, with some supervisory experience preferred.
- 3Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- 4Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and associates.
- 5Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and 55 lbs. occasionally.
- 6Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended shifts.
- 7Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 8Willingness to provide background information for alcohol and tobacco sales licenses as required.
