What You'll Do5
- 1Greet customers with a smile and provide knowledgeable assistance in finding products.
- 2Operate the POS register accurately for sales, including cash handling and card transactions.
- 3Stock shelves and organize merchandise to keep the sales floor inviting and accessible.
- 4Answer customer inquiries over the phone, offering product details and store information.
- 5Support supervisors in managing inventory levels, restocking, and organizing the stockroom.
Requirements5
- 11+ year of retail or cashier experience, preferably with POS systems
- 2Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- 3Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds
- 4Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts
- 5Flexibility to work occasional schedule changes, though standard hours are Friday-Sunday
