You will own the customer experience, stocking, and checkout flow in a store stocked with 500+ soda flavors, 5,000+ candy types, and 100+ salt water taffy flavors. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet each customer with a friendly, high-energy welcome and guide their candy and soda selections.
- 2Help customers through the checkout process using Microsoft Office tools and the POS system.
- 3Stock and rotate inventory, keeping shelves full and displays tidy.
- 4Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, from floor to fixtures.
- 5Operate the register, handle cash, and perform basic retail math for transactions.
- 6Build product knowledge of 500+ sodas and 5,000+ candies to answer questions.
- 7Work flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, including some holidays.
Requirements8
- 118+ years old and a high school graduate.
- 2Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 315-22 hours of availability per week, including evenings and weekends.
- 4Comfortable with basic retail math for cash handling and discounts.
- 5High-energy personality with a love for teamwork and people.
- 6Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- 7Ability to lift and move inventory, standing for extended periods.
- 8Must be willing to work in person at our Plainfield, IN location.
