What You'll Do7
- 1Greet shoppers and introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services, explaining benefits of tune-ups and replacements.
- 2Schedule in-home consultations for HVAC system evaluations, connecting homeowners with licensed technicians.
- 3Promote seasonal HVAC maintenance packages and indoor air quality upgrades, tailoring pitches to shopper needs.
- 4Represent the ARS brand as a retail ambassador, keeping the kiosk area organized and welcoming.
- 5Collect customer contact details and hand off leads to the sales team, tracking daily lead counts in the store's system.
- 6Answer shopper questions about financing, warranty, and service availability, escalating complex issues to store managers.
- 7Maintain attendance at weekly in-office meetings, collaborating with the local sales team to hit store-specific goals.
Requirements7
- 11+ year in retail, kiosk, or sales roles, though no formal experience is required.
- 2Comfortable standing and walking during shifts of 4-8 hours.
- 3Weekend availability (typically 10 AM-5 PM) and willingness to work some holidays.
- 4Reliable transportation to and from the Carol Stream, IL location.
- 5Professional appearance and a clean, courteous demeanor with shoppers.
- 6Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings at the assigned branch.
- 7Pass a background check in accordance with local regulations.
