Retail Sales Associate, Home Services & HVAC Lead Generation
Overview
You will own customer engagement and lead generation inside major home improvement retail locations, introducing shoppers to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services. You'll work with a team of 7,000 professionals backed by 45+ years of industry experience, setting appointments for free in-home consultations. This part-time or full-time contract role offers uncapped commission on top of an hourly base, with a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles and paid training.
What You'll Do6
- 1Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
- 2Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
- 3Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations for ARS specialists.
- 4Enter customer information into the system and book appointments accurately.
- 5Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence at all times.
- 6Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
Requirements8
- 1Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
- 2Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
- 3Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
- 4Weekend and some holiday availability.
- 5Reliable transportation.
- 6Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
- 7Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
- 8Employment contingent on background check in accordance with applicable law.
