You will own the customer experience at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Chapel Hill, a locally owned pet boutique and grooming salon voted Best in Grooming. You will drive sales through meaningful conversations, promoting the loyalty program and new products, while supporting the grooming team with check-ins and check-outs. Work alongside a small team that values safety, integrity, and accountability. What You'll Do7

- 5Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space that reflects the store's premium standards.
- 6Support the grooming team with customer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth flow.

Requirements8
- 1Previous retail or sales experience required, pet industry experience preferred.
- 2Extremely outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with all types of customers.
- 3Strong professional presence with excellent communication skills.
- 4Genuine passion for dogs and helping pet parents.
- 5Proven record of reliability and dependability in past roles.
- 6Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- 7Comfortable with POS systems and processing transactions accurately.
- 8Must be available to work weekends.
