You will own the sales floor experience at Petco, supporting pet parents with product selection and ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming environment. You will join a 29,000+ team across 1,500+ stores, working with Vetco Total Care hospitals and Petco Love adoption events. What You'll Do8

- 3Process sales, returns, and exchanges with POS accuracy and speed.
- 4Stock shelves and replenish merchandise to maintain inventory integrity.
- 5Support store recovery and merchandising to keep the floor shoppable.
- 6Follow Petco policies for animal health and safety standards.
- 7Collaborate with teammates to meet store sales and service goals.
- 8Assist with promotional set-ups and daily operational routines.
Requirements8
- 1Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- 2Passion for animals and interest in pet care.
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- 5Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions.
