What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with customers to understand project needs and recommend appropriate products
- 2Maintain product displays and ensure inventory accuracy across assigned sections
- 3Process sales transactions and handle refunds or exchanges according to company policies
- 4Create price tags and signage while restocking merchandise
- 5Follow POS procedures and manage cash check and credit card transactions
- 6Demonstrate compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working area
- 7Answer phone calls and assist with other store functions as needed
- 8Work collaboratively with management to achieve sales targets
- 9Drive operational excellence by exceeding customer expectations
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise
- 4Valid driver's license and knowledge of forklift operation if required
- 5Background check clearance
- 6Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
