What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge
- 2Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations
- 3Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out
- 4Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience including ringing customer purchases and keeping the cash wrap neat
- 5Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant
- 6Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
- 7Climb ladders, lift 10 to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- 8Maintain safe clean and engaging store environment while adhering to all safety standards
- 9Collaborate with teams to execute seasonal promotions and maintain visual appeal
- 10Adapt quickly to feedback and varying shift schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- 11Represent Bath & Body Works as part of Gingham Nation while upholding company values
Requirements10
- 1Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment
- 2Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in fast-paced settings
- 3Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively
- 4Available to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- 5Strong communication skills open to feedback and quick adaptation
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- 8Proven ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds
- 9Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
- 10Understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
