What You'll Do9

- 3Recover and replenish merchandise to brand standards while maintaining backroom operations
- 4Assist with floorset execution window changes visual presentation marketing placement and shipment processing
- 5Provide efficient cash wrap service with attention to cleanliness and organization
- 6Climb ladders lift products and perform physical tasks requiring strength and endurance
- 7Maintain store appearance adhere to safety standards and uphold company policies
- 8Collaborate with teams to execute seasonal promotions and visual merchandising initiatives
- 9Process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling throughout daily operations
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 3Proven sales performance in high-volume environments
- 4Strong communication skills with adaptability to feedback
- 5Ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage challenging situations
- 6Commitment to customer-first service philosophy
- 7Physical stamina for standing walking lifting and bending
- 8Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations
- 9Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
