- 3Act as Manager on Duty to handle customer experience vendor relationships and maintenance
- 4Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute action plans
- 5Implement floorset direction to optimize product storytelling
- 6Conduct opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipts
- 7Provide daily feedback and set daily shift goals
- 8Drive sales and elevate product knowledge through personalized recommendations
- 9Train coach reward and motivate associates to boost selling and experience
- 10Maintain safety standards and physical demands of the role
- 11Uphold company values and policies while fostering a customer‑first culture
Requirements8
- 1Proven experience delivering sales customer experience and operational results in fast‑paced settings
- 2Prior managerial experience especially within retail environments
- 3Thrive in a customer‑first retail setting and cultivate a selling culture
- 4Strong communication skills open to feedback and quick adaptation
- 5Ability to provide real‑time coaching and de‑escalate situations
- 6Availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- 7High school diploma GED or relevant work experience
- 85+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
