What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers authentically and engage them in brand values, building lasting relationships.
- 2Deliver personalized service: manage fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest fit and style feedback.
- 3Drive sales goals in a team-based commission environment, leveraging product knowledge.
- 4Support inventory operations: communicate stock needs, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- 5Execute visual merchandising directives to keep the floor neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- 6Perform cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash management.
- 7Collaborate with management on inventory projects and product feedback loops.
- 8Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, and selling floor ready for business daily.
