- 5Be the business achieve sales goals in a team based commission environment
- 6Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active wear to serve as an expert for the customer
- 7Assist in project completion while focusing on customer experience
- 8Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
- 9Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening
- 10Collaborate with management on inventory management
- 11Maintain regular cleaning of the retail store floors and bathrooms
- 12Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash
- 13Implement and maintain all merchandising visual directives
- 14Ensure the selling floor is neat clean and organized reflecting the correct visual image
- 15Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner
Requirements14
- 1Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- 2Adherence to scheduled shifts with punctuality
- 3Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
- 4Proactive handling of customer concerns
- 5Prioritization of multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- 6Quick learning ability for new procedures and processes
- 7Strong organizational skills and follow through
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 9High level of ownership accountability and initiative
- 10Willingness to lift and move products and equipment weighing up to 30 lbs
- 11Willingness to stay active and move throughout the store during each shift
- 12Willingness to reach bend and use a step stool or ladder when needed
- 13Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and music
- 14Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast paced retail environment
