Build lasting relationships and hit sales goals in a team-based commission environment. Collaborate with a tight-knit team and management to keep operations smooth and the floor stocked. What You'll Do8
- 1Forge connections with customers by greeting them warmly and learning their style needs.
- 2Drive sales in a team-based commission environment by recommending the right fit and style.
- 3Prepare fitting rooms, pull sizes, and give honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
- 4Stay current on fashion trends and active-wear to serve as a product expert.
- 5Stock the sales floor every evening and flag inventory gaps to management.
- 6Execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
- 7Keep the store clean and visually appealing, from floors to displays.
- 8Collaborate with management on inventory and merchandising directives.
Requirements8
- 11+ years retail or customer service experience preferred.
- 2Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 3Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- 4Comfortable staying active, reaching, bending, and using a step stool or ladder.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- 7Eager to learn new skills and responsive to feedback.
- 8Positive attitude and ability to handle customer concerns.
