Overview
Tricoci Salon & Spa seeks a Retail Inventory Coordinator to drive high-level client service standards and achieve retail sales goals. This role focuses on maintaining inventory integrity through ordering, stock control, and merchandising strategies.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage daily retail and inventory operations to ensure client satisfaction and sales performance
- 2Maintain accurate stock levels using the company’s inventory system and resolve discrepancies
- 3Coordinate weekly salon-to-salon transfers and complete required documentation
- 4Communicate out-of-stock alerts to departments and oversee stock movement
- 5Lead bi-annual physical inventory cycles and perform book counts, audits, and return reconciliations
- 6Distribute orders, receive shipments, and verify accuracy while adhering to budget guidelines
- 7Perform monthly Stock Control Book counts and lead supplemental ordering processes
- 8Rotate products daily to maintain hygiene and visual appeal across departments
- 9Ensure storefront displays align with brand standards and manage holiday collateral
- 10Conduct hair nail and spa department audits twice weekly and support GM in supplemental ordering
- 11Attend Retail Coordinator meetings and meet deadlines with urgency
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading beauty industry teams
- 35+ years experience with Excel and Word
- 4Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds
- 5Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- 6Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings
- 7Experience with hospitality or customer service environments
- 8Commitment to team collaboration and independent task management
- 9Valid OSHA certification preferred
