- 8Uphold Illinois state licensing requirements and adhere to all salon health and safety protocols.
Requirements6
- 1Active Illinois cosmetology license is mandatory.
- 21-3 years of professional colorist experience is preferred, but all levels are welcome.
- 3Strong communication and organizational skills to manage client consultations and scheduling.
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive salon culture.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- 6Physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods, with the flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
