Retail Fulfillment Associate, Macy's
Overview
As a Fulfillment Colleague you will support omni channel shopping by selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in store and curbside pickup. You’ll engage customers with hospitality, resolve issues, and ensure smooth interactions. The role blends sales floor duties with back of house fulfillment to drive sales and loyalty at a major department store.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build store operations by preparing orders and organizing the stockroom to enable accurate and timely fulfillment
- 2Design customer experiences on the floor and at curbside by greeting customers and resolving issues with professionalism
- 3Lead inventory accuracy through tagging items, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, shoppable space
- 4Ship online orders and support curbside pickup with attention to detail and timely execution
- 5Own the end to end customer interaction by communicating loyalty benefits and ensuring a positive checkout experience
Requirements5
- 1read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- 2understand and communicate effectively with customers, co workers and supervisors
- 3flexible availability including days evenings weekends and holidays
- 4must be able to lift at least 30lbs and stand for long periods
- 5provide dependable attendance and punctuality
