Overview
As a Warehouse Colleague you will support our supply chain with order processing for Macy's and Bloomingdale's customers at scale. You will receive, put away, pick, pack and ship merchandise while using PCs and handheld devices. This role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and reliability in a distribution center environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain accurate inventory by receiving, putting away, picking and packing merchandise
- 2Ship orders to customers with attention to safety and accuracy using pallet jacks and forklifts when needed
- 3Equip yourself with handheld devices and warehouse systems to complete tasks across multiple functions
- 4Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet goals and uphold policies
- 5Maintain safe work practices and effective communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements5
- 1No education or experience required
- 2Ability to read and understand English safety rules and procedures
- 3Prolonged walking and standing for entire shifts
- 4Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- 5Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
