Retail Customer Experience Associate, Macy's & Fashion Square
Overview
Own in-store and online customer experiences at Macy’s scale across departments and events. You will drive personalized service, build client relationships, and support merchandising and operations. Collaborate with store teams and brand partners to elevate the customer journey. This role combines selling, service, and operational excellence in a dynamic retail environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build rapport with customers and drive cross-category sales to meet goals
- 2Design personalized product recommendations using fashion knowledge to enhance the customer journey python
- 3Lead floor readiness tasks including merchandise setup and price updates to maintain an organized shopping area
- 4Drive client relationships through My Client and social channels to increase repeat visits
- 5Own opening/closing procedures and event execution to support store operations
Requirements6
- 1Must be able to read and understand policies in English
- 2Flexible availability including weekends and holidays with regular attendance
- 3At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
- 4Ability to work with electronic devices and process transactions
- 5Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- 6Strong communication and collaboration skills
Salary Insight
$33 - $48k per year
