Macy's seeks an exceptional Retail Sales Ambassador to drive sales and share vendor product knowledge. This full-time role involves cultivating repeat clientele and acting as an expert for the vendor/brand/area represented. Responsibilities include communicating customer needs to leadership and executing strategic merchandising initiatives.
What You'll Do10
- 1Greet customers and make product recommendations to upsell
- 2Serve as liaison between vendors and store leadership

Requirements5
- 1Minimum 1 year retail or selling experience
- 2Ability to lift 30lbs
- 3Physical stamina for standing and moving
- 4Proficiency with computers and RF equipment
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
